About me
Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, I was destined to start my own business someday. At young age I was involved with different types of retail businesses founded by my parents.
After high school I obtained my Bachelor of Science at The Hague University followed by my Master of Science (MScBA) at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. During my studies I enjoyed being involved in organizing student activities.
After finishing my studies I started my professional career as a Recruitment Consultant. In this KPI and sales driven job I was working as a recruiter and responsible for building my own customer base. As senior consultant I was also responsible for the success of two other consultants. At this job, I learned a lot when it comes to building your own success. After this job I started working at different software vendors and was mainly responsible for generating new business by successful completion of complex sales cycles, starting from lead follow up to closing the deal. I also focused on the development of existing business, customer retention and customer satisfaction. A few prospects/customers I worked for at the time are Bol.com, Hema, Jumbo, KLM, Driscoll’s, Baker Tilly, DB Schenker, etc.
After ten years of experience in mainly sales roles at companies growing out of their start-up phase, I decided to start my own business with KKC Consultancy. My goal is to be involved in other start-ups/scale-ups in the near future!
Apart from my job, I have a voluntary role as the chairwoman of the parent council at the primary school of my three children!

We hired Komal in 2019 as an interim Sr. Customer Success Manager. She was responsible for customer retention, customer satisfaction, upsell and contract management of various of our main customers in The Netherlands and making sure all our customers had a signed DPA. She was also responsible for training her replacement. Komal has a good work ethic, she is flexible and professional. Moreover, Komal has a strong team player mindset and therefore can handle complex situations in a difficult customers relationship environment. She is very helpful during the sales cycles. I hired Komal in 2021 as Account Manager.
